We all grow up with stories. They shape culture, imagination, and the way we see design. That’s why it didn’t take us long to find the right name for our new bookstand: Mathilda.

Designed with the same architectural language as our Berlin, Lloyd, and Masa tables, Mathilda follows Kiwano’s signature method of creating objects through connection, repetition, and quiet rhythm. Every element interlocks with simplicity, while the stepped composition brings forward a subtle, brutalist character.

Hand-crafted from natural travertine, Mathilda is a sculptural way to display books, magazines, or vinyls. Heavy, stable, and instantly striking—even when empty.
